We carefully source through our database and external sources for the most capable candidate who match our clients requirements.

Document and Background Checks

Upon selection of the candidate, we will conduct assessments and undertake due diligence on candidates. This will include verifying documents with the relevant authorities to ensure the authenticity of their credentials, such as academic qualifications, professional certifications and licenses as well as performing reference and background checks. These checks will help us assess each candidate's qualifications to ensure they are a good fit for their prospective employers.

Screening Interviews

We shall thereafter conduct a pre-screening interview to assess whether the respective candidate has the necessary knowledge, experience and expertise to work with our client companies.

Format Resumes to Share with Our Clients

We understand how tedious it can be sifting through thousands of different resumes. Therefore we take on this task for you, by re-formatting each resume in a standardised template to ensure that the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience are highlighted.

Assist with Scheduling Online Interviews

Once a candidate has been shortlisted, we liaise with both the candidate and the employer to set a day and time that is convenient for both parties.

Share Documents with the Health Service

Once a candidate has been selected, we compile and submit their documents to the respective company, greatly speeeding up the onboarding process.
